Organisations that register once can take any diagnostic added to the platform, and compare results across them.

How it works

  1. Register. One person registers the organisation and becomes its administrator.
  2. Invite colleagues. The administrator invites the leadership team and, if you choose, the management layers below.
  3. Answer independently. Each person picks the statement that best describes how things actually work today.
  4. See the results. Everyone gets their own result. The administrator sees the combined results by unit, level and function.
  5. Measure again. After making the changes, the team answers again to measure progress.

Nobody else ever sees an individual's answers. Combined results are only shown for groups of 3 or more people.
